Giving Thanks If YouWant To Connect Online...
Have you noticed how websites - and online business profiles - are evolving? What used to be static digital brochures is becoming more alive. What was stiff with corporate formality is taking on personality and becoming conversational.
What's fascinating about this evolution is that it acknowledges customers and their needs. It reshapes the expertise a business offers in terms relevant to customers. It's about customers and how we can help them - not as one monolithic corporation, but rather as an organization made up of talented indivuals looking to connect with the people who come across us online.
When we acknowledge that it's people we are looking to help, we give them thanks - as well as those we've already helped. When we give thanks - as a wise friend recently shared from Dr. Oz - we not only express gratitude, but we also feel better.
So, by focusing your business online presence on how you can help others, you will reap the benefits of feeling better! You'll also have something else to be grateful for.
