Hi there,
I hope you are staying cool while enjoying this intensely marvelous summer...
In the last eNewsletter, I explored how valuable a blog can be for a business. That thought inspired two of the aricles highlighted below:
- How Do I Write Good Blog Articles? Focus on Your Customers!
- How Business Blogging Fits Into Inbound Marketing
Customers matter, especially when we create content - whether for use in a blog, on a website or in person. If we are serious about providing customers with value, we need to be hyper-focused on the questions they ask and the issues they face so we can answer them in our online content.
That means being serious about 'banishing mediocrity' in content. What the Future Holds for Business Blogging from HubSpot explains that a blog is where and how you can market your business especially if you focus intensely on your customers' needs. Mediocrity gets you no where fast!
From another perspective, as Making Friends With Your Customers explains, the more we can help customers avoid potholes and mistakes, the more likely we are to have a customer for life!
That's music to my ears as well as to yours because we're already creating valuable content online.
I'd love to hear what you have found most effective for connecting with customers.
Stay cool!
Best,
Christine
