New Roxborough Reserve Property Manager

Did you have a chance to meet our new property manager, Melissa Simmons, during the Soup, Stew, Chili cookoff? She and her son came as pirates and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality.

The Transition to New Property Management

A reminder that we are transitioning to Property Management International Greater Philadelphia for the management of Roxborough Reserve effective January 1, 2024. That means that you will need to set up a profile and payment details in a new portal.

Be on the lookout for email communications from Melissa and her team on December 7th or 8th. If you have any questions, please let us know.

ARC Submissions

When you submit an ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc.), let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
