Front Pillars

The front pillar lights are now lit. 

Fence/Gate Remediation Work

From March 6 through 8, McCullough Fencing will be working between properties #34 and 35.

Save the Date - Trash Talk

Please save Tuesday, March 14 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM for a virtual community conversation about having the City of Philadelphia take care of our trash and recyclables rather than our current private contractor, PhillyWide.

Community Trees

If the community trees in front of your property have bags around the trunks and stakes, please remove them. Exception: the formerly leaning tree in front of #8.

The bags and stakes can be thrown out in the trash.

ARC Submissions

When you submit an ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form to Madison Parke for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc., let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
