| View in browser Happy New Year 2023!   Hi there,   And Happy Year of the Rabbit! (Check out the lion dance below!)   Updates: The pocket park fence is done!   The front pillar lights are now scheduled for February 20th because parts were on backorder.   We are exploring the possibility of having the City of Philadelphia take care of our trash and recyclables rather than our current private contractor, PhillyWide.    The first-ever Roxborough Reserve women's dinner happened on January 15. A photo and details are below.   Do you check your sump pump gaskets regularly? It was a big success! Thank you, Bridget and Rachel, for organizing the event.    If you have questions, be sure to reach out. Christine & Ted #31 had a bad surprise, learning the hard way that the pump vibration gradually loosens the clamps over time.   Check them when you change your filters.        Go Birds!       Save these Dates September/October 2023 - Roxborough Reserve Homeowner Association Annual Meeting & Elections October 28 (raindate 29) - Soup, Stew, Chili Cookoff #2 December 2023 - Budget Review & Discussion ARC Submissions When you submit an ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form to Madison Parke for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc., let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
