Updates:

The pocket park fence is done!

The front pillar lights are now scheduled for February 20th because parts were on backorder.

We are exploring the possibility of having the City of Philadelphia take care of our trash and recyclables rather than our current private contractor, PhillyWide. 

The first-ever Roxborough Reserve women's dinner happened on January 15. A photo and details are below.

Roxborough Reserve News

The first dinner for the Women of Roxborough Reserve took place at Maria's Restaurant (at Ridge & Summit) on Sunday, January 15. It was a big success! Thank you, Bridget and Rachel, for organizing the event.

Homeowner Advice - Sump Pump Clamps

Set a reminder to regularly check the clamps on your sump pump and make sure they are tight. Christine & Ted #31 had a bad surprise, learning the hard way that the pump vibration gradually loosens the clamps over time.

Check them when you change your filters.

ARC Submissions

When you submit an ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form to Madison Parke for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc., let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
