The developers have started to remove items from the inside of the house.  Demolition is forthcoming. No exact date yet.

For those of you with roof decks, Riverwards recommends not leaving rugs or other floor coverings on them over the winter.

When you submit an ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc.), let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
