Sharon joins us from East Falls.   Update on Ridge Avenue Property from Josh #23 The developers have started to remove items from the inside of the house.  Demolition is forthcoming. No exact date yet.    Roof Deck Advice For those of you with roof decks, Riverwards recommends not leaving rugs or other floor coverings on them over the winter.    ARC Document We're finalizing the updated ACC/ARC document and will share it with you as soon as it is ready.
