| View in browser December Greetings!   Hello there,   Signs of Progress Did you notice that the dead trees are gone from the lower cul-de-sac? Thank you, Ron. On that note, the tree by #8 is now straight! Thanks, Dan. Next is finalizing the pocket park fence work where the bushes and tree stump are.   2023 Dues Reminder Don't forget to update your monthly bank deduction to the new HOA dues amount for 2023. You'll need to do so by going into the Madison Parke AppFolio portal. To keep it simple, we chose Sunday, January 15th, and Friday, January 20th as our options.    We would love to have everyone attend, but we understand if you cannot make it. We will choose the date and time with the most sign-ups.    Location: Maria's OR a restaurant on Main Street [open to suggestions in the area]  Start Time: 6 PM OR 6:30 PM    Rachel Baum # 23 - rachelmichelebaum@gmail.com Bridget Bujak # 25 - bridgetbujak@gmail.com  Select Your Preferred Ladies' Dinner Night Did You Know? Josh Cohen #23 is the Democratic committeeperson representing the 21st Ward 29th Division of Philadelphia. He was elected in 2022 for a 4-year term and is responsible for getting out the vote for endorsed Democratic candidates and helping with city government issues. This is his third term as a Committeeperson in Roxborough.     For perspective, there are 69 wards in the city. Each ward is then further divided into divisions which are about 5 or 6 block areas. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
