The newly formed Rules Committee consists of:

The committee welcomes your feedback and suggestions and will reach out to you to understand what matters most to you when it comes to identifying rules to be enforced at Roxborough Reserve. We have started running weekly tests of the pump station generator on Tuesday mornings.

The first semi-yearly inspection of the stormwater system took place last week with Stormwater Solutions, our resource for managing the system. When they next visit in six months, they will clean out debris. 

Community Reminder: Don't forget to sweep your sidewalks free of glass clippings after mowing.

Coming up in September: Community tree replacements in the cul-de-sac and pocket park plantings.

When you submit an ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form to Madison Parke for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc.), let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
