We hope you enjoyed the Labor Day holiday weekend and the rain!

Please save Thursday, October 7 from 7 PM to 8 PM for the Roxborough Reserve Homeowners Association Annual Meeting.

During that meeting, candidates for two open HOA Board member positions will have a chance to speak to the community. Voting will take place after the meeting.

Be on the lookout for information from Marianne with details including how to nominate yourself.

Roxborough Reserve Chili Cookoff in the Lower

Cul-de-Sac

October 1, 2022, at 3:00 pm

Ashley and Adam in #24 invite the residents of Roxborough Reserve to participate in a Chili Cookoff on October 1, 2022, at 3 PM, in the Lower Cul-de-Sac. They will supply paper products and utensils.

Please RSVP!

If you participate, bring your chili hot at 3 PM so it can be consumed and evaluated for best overall, most unique, and best displayed.

If you prefer to consume rather than make chili, bring an app or dessert to be shared. Tables, too, if you have some. You can specify in the RSVP.

When you submit an ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form to Madison Parke for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc., let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
