Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Thank you for being so cooperative in making the trash change a success! City of Philadelphia Trash Service now picks up Roxborough Reserve trash and recyclables on Thursdays.

If you're doing private trash service, you can still participate in recycling. Simply put your recyclables out in the blue rectangular bins on Thursday mornings for pickup.

>> Note that the 32-gallon Toter recycling bins remain on backorder.

Please pull your cans in promptly after trash service. If you know you will be out of town, please ask a neighbor to bring your cans in.

In The Community

Please welcome Chris and Daria Johnston to Unit #10! They will officially become members of the community on June 1st.

Please continue to keep Mary Kate, and Matt #36 in your thoughts as Ellie Lou works to get strong enough to come home.

Update - Rain Garden in First Cul-de-Sac

Yes, it was a shock for all of us to lose those beautiful purple flowers, and we hope they'll return. Meanwhile, the rain garden is being remediated so it is sufficiently concave to do its job with stormwater.

Update - Front Pillars

We are still working on obtaining hoods for the front pillar lights.

Update - Community Trees 

The dead community trees will be replaced soon. 

Devil's Walking Stick in Common Area By Woods

We've started the process of dealing with the Devil's Walking Stick trees in the back common area. They are spotted lantern fly (SLF) host trees, and we're hoping that fewer nuisance trees mean fewer SLFs.

ARC Submissions

When you submit an ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form to Madison Parke for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc.), let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
