Isn't it wonderful to see the return of nice weather with the opportunity to interact in the neighborhood?

The Latest on Trash Service

Marianne/Madison Parke submitted an application to the City of Philadelphia for municipal trash service on April 4th. We should hear back within the next few weeks.

The HOA recommends Toter trash cans to the community and will distribute to each unit:

• One 32-gallon Toter trash can
• One 32-gallon Toter blue recycling can

Unfortunately, the blue recycling bins are on backorder, so we will distribute one blue City of Philadelphia bin to each household. You can purchase additional Toter trash cans from either Lowe's or Home Depot.

We'll let you know what happens next. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions.

Front Pillars

We are working on hoods for the front pillar lights.

Community Trees 

We expect the dead community trees to be replaced in the next few weeks.

When you submit an ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form to Madison Parke for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc., let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
