If you're looking for native plants, you can still purchase from the Schuylkill Center native plant sale. Buy online/pickup at the center.
In addition, this weekend April 20-21 from 9 AM to 2 PM in Gorgas Park, you'll find a Native Plant Sale & More taking place to benefit the Roxborough Manayunk Conservancy, and the Friends of Gorgas Park, sponsored by our neighbor, Secret Garden.
Update from Josh #23 on the Ridge Avenue Property
Josh, along with the presidents of the two local civic associations, met with the developers at the site recently. They are moving ahead on a plan for 20 townhouses with a buffer between them and Roxborough Reserve.
As per the zoning code, the developers are required to have a public meeting to discuss their plans. Josh has a copy of the floor plans and site elevations and will let us know about that meeting.

Important Reminder About Certificates of Insurance
The ARC/ACC form requires that you submit a Certificate of Insurance for contractors doing work on or in your property. The reason is that the HOA can be named in a lawsuit if someone is injured on the job. The Certificate of Insurance protects you the homeowner as well as the HOA.
