Hello there,
In the digital world, spring cleaning takes on new meaning! It's an opportunity to take a fresh look (ideally taking a customer's perspective) at any and all digital resources while thinking how to improve, clean up, clarify, add to and improve. I'm talking website, blog, social profiles, online resources....
If you're worried that that's too much to review, then focus on your most critical digital asset, your company website.
What you're looking to do while you take that fresh spring-cleaning look is to make sure that your website has some personality. After all, we prefer to do business with people, right? And that the content on your site actually helps potential customers realize how valuable working with you might be.
During my digital spring cleaning, I reorganized my Resources Library. I invite you to visit it and share feedback with me. Do you like it? Is it helpful? What content do you wish were there, but isn't?
The articles I feature below came out of this spring cleaning exercise. I hope they both help you strengthen your website, as well as inspire you to get your digital house in order!
What's Ahead
What's your take on selling on the Internet? Like it? Hate it? Indifferent?
I'd love to hear your thoughts. I'll be moderating a panel discussion on the topic at Coverings 2013 at the end of April and welcome your perspective and/or examples of selling done well on the Internet.
Your Turn!
How do you approach spring cleaning online? I'd love to hear.

Have a great month and thank you for reading.
Best,
Christine
