Hi there,

The Roxborough Reserve International Food Fest is coming right up!  We hope you'll join us, if you're available, to taste the food, learn about different cultures, relax, and enjoy the community.

Food Fest 2025 takes place on August 23 from 3 to 6 PM (rain date: 8/24) between #14 and #15 at the first cul-de-sac by the rain garden.

Setup will start at 1 PM. Please bring tents, tables, chairs, etc, between 1 PM and 1:30 PM, so we can set them up and be ready for the food. Here's the lineup for those items:

• Tents = 5 total
  • Britt, Doug, Jacob, Bridget/Steve, Christine/Ted
• Tables = 9 total
  • Sunny, Donovan,  Britt, Jacob, Elizabeth, Rosemary/Tunde, Bridget + Steve, Christine/Ted
• Cooler = 4 total
  • Jacob, Doug, Elizabeth, Bridget/Steve
• Water/Ice = Britt, Doug
• Games = 3
  • Jacob, Rosemary/Tunde, Bridget/Steve
• Plates/utensils/cups = Britt, Doug, Bridget/Steve
• Chairs = Britt, Tunde, Bridget/Steve

When you submit an ACC/ARC (Architectural Request for Change) form for changes to your property (e.g., fences, patios, walkways, front property landscaping, etc.), let your representatives know. That way we can be on the lookout, ensure nothing gets misplaced, and be ready to review your request.
